American Poolplayers Association, Inc. (“APA”) respects the intellectual property rights of others. Accordingly, without limiting any other right we have to terminate your use of our website or your use of the website that we provide to league operators(collectively, the “Sites”), we may, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, terminate such use if we believe that you infringe the intellectual property rights of others or are aiding or threatening such infringement.
