9-Ball National Team Championships

Oh Shot of Gastonia, N.C., defeated Frank's Team of Leominster, Mass., in the finals of the Open 9-Ball Division of the 2008 National Team Championships. Their amazing run through the tournament earned them $15,000 in 1st Place prize money! Frank's Team headed back to Leominster $7,000 richer for their outstanding Runner-Up finish.

Oh Shot advanced to the finals with a victory over Shoot 'Em Down of Waterloo, S.C. Frank's Team punched their ticket to the finals with a win over Cue Tips of Metairie, La.

The Open 9-Ball Division saw a record 357 teams compete this year.
