The 26th Annual National Team Championships came to a close Sat., Aug. 26, 2006, in Las Vegas. Teams from throughout North America came to the Riviera Hotel & Casino to compete for more than $800,000 in guaranteed prize money.

Open 8-Ball Champions
Bankers and Snookers of Topeka, Kansas, defeated Let Me at 'Em of Gretna, La., 3-1 in the finals of the 8-Ball Open National Team Championship. Bankers and Snookers advanced to the final round after a 3-1 victory over Amvet's of Frederick, Md.
