APA 8-Ball Open Division - National Team Championship

The LC’s of San Antonio, Texas, are the 2005 AmberBock 8-Ball National Team Champions in the Open Division.  They defeated We Had A Good Run of Reynoldsburg, Ohio, 3-1 Saturday evening.

This weekend 670 teams from North America came to the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas to compete for $25,000 in 1st Place prize money.  We Had A Good Run took home $15,000 in cash as the Runners-up in the Open Division.   Finishing in 3rd Place was TJ’s of Midlothian, Ill.  They received $7,500 in prize money.

Four teams tied for 5th Place in the Open Division, and each team received $5,500 in prize money.  Finishing in 5th Place were Something Good of Oklahoma City, Zeke’s of Marion, IN., Tiki Hut of Leominster, Ma., and It Came Runner Runner of Houston, Texas.
