Riviera Hotel and Casino

APA 9-Ball Division - National Team Championship

Lights Out of Oklahoma City are the 2005 9-Ball National Team Champions.  They defeated Andy’s Hot Spot of Cleveland Monday evening.

This weekend 287 teams from North America came to the Riviera Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas to compete for $15,000 in 1st Place prize money. 

Finishing tied for 3rd Place were Lil Easy of Lincoln Park, Mich., and Overlyres of Oklahoma City.  Both teams received $3,500 in prize money.

Four teams tied for 5th Place in the Open 9-Ball Division, and each team received $2,000 in prize money.  Finishing in 5th Place were The Nobody’s of Algonquin, Ill., Better Lucky Than Good of Manchester, N.H., Choppy’s II of Trenton, N.J., and Who’s Next of Matthews, N.C.
