Dress Code

Tournament Play
Men’s proper dress will include dress slacks, nice jeans, dress shorts, polo’s, and non-collared shirts with casual leather or canvas shoes.

Women’s proper dress will include dress slacks, skirts and dress shorts of appropriate length (shorts must have at least a 5” inseam), nice jeans, designer warm ups, polo’s, dress blouses or sweaters, non-collared shirts in good taste, with casual leather or canvas shoes.

Finals Matches
The attire for men and ladies during the finals will be nice casual.
No jeans will be allowed during the finals matches.

You are competing in one of the most prestigious amateur singles tournaments in the sport of pool. Please be aware that this event attracts local and national media attention. Radio and television media, as well as local newspaper and national sports magazine reporters, are becoming increasingly interested in the sport of pool and some of these people may only appear to be spectators in the crowd.

Expect that you will be taped for televised segments of sports news, amateur tournament videos, or you may be professionally photographed at any time during the event. Be prepared by dressing appropriately.

The dress code for the event will be nice casual. The Tournament Director will determine any dress code violations. Any person deemed by the Tournament Director to be in violation of the dress code will be asked to leave the tournament room and return in the proper dress prior to their match. However, no match will be delayed due to dress code violations.

Please do your part in enhancing the image of the sport by adhering to this dress code.

Please note that hats or T-shirts are not allowed at the National Event!
