Exhibitor Information

The APA offers two opportunities each year for exhibitors to market their products directly to our membership.

Sign-up Early and Reserve Your Space

Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Exhibit space will not be assigned to you until payment is received in FULL.  We encourage you to exhibit at both events to take advantage of the discounted rate of $2,200 for one 10 ft x 10 ft booth at each event.  Review the Exhibit Agreements carefully, as well as the information about our raffle procedures (PDF).

Completing the Exhibit Agreement

Based on the Preliminary Floor Plans, indicate your first, second and third choices of booth location in the space provided in the Agreements. Print clearly as the information you provide will be used when preparing your name badges.  This information will also be used when preparing our list of exhibitors attending each event as posted on our web site and in our Souvenir Program. Please mail your completed exhibit agreement and check or money order to the address listed on the bottom of the agreement. We are not able to accept credit card payments at this time.

Lodging

Contact the Riviera Hotel at 1-800-634-6753.  Notify the Reservations Agent that you will be exhibiting with the American Poolplayers Group and request to be included in our room block. 

National Singles Championships - The group rate for the April event will be $69 per room night, plus tax.

National Team Championships - The group rate for the August event will be $69 per room night, plus tax, if booked on or before July 31, 2012. The room rate will be $79 per room per night, plus tax, for rooms booked on or after August 1, 2012. CLICK HERE TO BOOK NOW!
