Exhibitor Information

The APA offers two opportunities each year for exhibitors to market their products directly to our membership.

National Singles Championships (NSC) contract
Date:  April 30 - May 3, 2008
Location:  Riviera Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, NV
Anticipated Attendance:  1,000 poolplayers + 1,000 spectators

National Team Championships (NTC) contract
Date:  August 15-23, 2008
Location:  Riviera Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas, NV
Anticipated Attendance:  10,000 poolplayers + 5,000 spectators

Sign-up Early and Reserve Your Space
Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.  Exhibit space will not be assigned to you until payment is received in FULL.  We encourage you to exhibit at both events to take advantage of the discounted rate of $2,200 for one 10 ft x 10 ft booth at each event.  Review the Exhibit Agreements carefully, as well as the information about our raffle policy.

Completing the Exhibit Agreement
Based on the Preliminary Floor Plans, indicate your first, second and third choices of booth location and your exhibit room preference (NTC only) in the space provided in the Agreements.
Print clearly as the information you provide will be used when preparing your name badges.  This information will also be used when preparing our list of exhibitors attending each event as posted on our Web site and in our Souvenir Programs.
Mail your completed Exhibit Agreements, along with payment in full, to the address listed on the Agreement.  We are not able to accept credit card payments.

Lodging
Contact the Riviera Hotel at 1-800-634-6753.  Notify the Reservations Agent that you will be exhibiting with the American Poolplayers Group and request to be included in our room block.  The group rate for the April event will be $70 per room night, plus tax.  The group rate for the August event will be $TBD per room night, plus tax, provided that you make your reservation before July 15; after July 15, the cost per room night will be $TBD, plus tax.  We advise you not to delay making your hotel reservations, as our room block fills up quickly.
